Refund Policy

At Lyshra, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience by connecting customers with local merchants. As an aggregator, we facilitate transactions between sellers and customers, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise that require a refund or return. Our refund policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly, ensuring satisfaction for both our sellers and buyers.

Merchant-Discretion Refunds

Refunds and returns are primarily at the discretion of the merchant. As Lyshra operates a hyperlocal shopping network, customers can directly contact merchants, who are reachable by phone and address, to discuss any return or refund requests. Each merchant may have their own specific refund and return policies, so we encourage customers to review these before making a purchase. This direct line of communication ensures that any issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.

Lyshra's Refund Responsibility

In cases where the merchant is unable to fulfill an order—either due to cancellation by the merchant or the customer—Lyshra will ensure that any payment made via online payment mode is refunded. Our responsibility includes:

  1. Order Unfulfillment: If an order is not fulfilled within a maximum of 3 working days for local sellers (within a 10 km range) and 7 working days for interstate sellers, Lyshra will automatically cancel the unfulfilled items and process a refund.
  2. Initiating the Refund: If the merchant cancels an order or if a customer cancels before the order is fulfilled, Lyshra will process the refund for payments made online.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  4. Customer Support: For any issues related to refunds processed by Lyshra, customers can reach out to our support team for assistance.
How to Request a Refund
  1. Contact the Merchant: For returns and refunds, first contact the merchant directly using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
  2. Merchant's Decision: Follow the merchant's specific return and refund policy for processing your request.
  3. Lyshra Involvement: If the order is canceled by the merchant, remains unfulfilled within the specified time, or if there's an unresolved issue, contact Lyshra for refunds of online payments.
Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads or services once accessed or delivered
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check Your Account: Verify your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact Your Bank/Credit Card Company: Refunds may take some time to be officially posted.
  3. Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lyshra.com.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@lyshra.com.
